About Cygames Exhibition: Artworks
  • Depending on venue congestion, there may be a wait time for entry.
  • We ask that you carefully follow the venue staff's instructions. Those who do not comply may be asked to leave the venue.
  • The event organizers will not be held responsible for any accident or other incident that results from failure to comply to the venue instructions.
  • Please avoid running and/or pushing in the event hall. We ask that you maintain proper etiquette at all times.
  • If you are to be caught disturbing other attendees on venue grounds, you will be asked to immediately leave the venue.
  • The event organizers will not be held responsible for any conflict that occurs between attendees. It is to be resolved privately by the involved parties.
  • Please note that media companies may cover the event, and the event organizers may take photographs during the event. There is a possibility that these will be posted online or on other media outlets.
  • Smoking on venue grounds is strictly prohibited. For those who would like to smoke, please direct yourself to one of the designated smoking areas around Ueno Park.
  • If you see any suspicious items or people, please notify the nearest staff member.
  • If you feel unwell or have been hurt, please seek help from the nearest staff member.
  • The event organizers will not be held liable for any damage or accidents that occur at the venue resulting from an attendee's willful act or negligence.
  • The resale or unauthorized transfer of items or merchandise between attendees—be it for profit, at a markup, or online via auctions or social media—is strictly prohibited, both on and off venue grounds. The event organizers will not be held liable for any problems or incidents regarding the aforementioned.
  • The exhibition may be canceled or have its date changed if it is unavoidable to do so due to the circumstances (natural disasters, extreme weather events, etc.)
  • Please note that should the above occur, we will be unable to reimburse accomodation expenses and transportation expenses to and from the venue.
  • Knives, aerosol sprays, and any other items with the potential to harm people or damage property are strictly prohibited on venue grounds. If you are found to be carrying such items, you may be denied entry at the discretion of the admissions staff. Furthermore, if you are found to be carrying such items after entry, you may be asked to leave the venue.
  • Please refrain from speaking loudly at the venue in order to minimize airborne transmission of viruses and/or bacteria.
  • Please do not eat or drink at the venue.
  • The venue does not provide baggage storage services. If you are carrying large bags or luggage, please use the nearby coin lockers.
  • Please exercise caution with regard to personal bags and other valuables.
  • Please note that the event organizers are not responsible for any damage caused by theft, misplacement, loss, etc.
  • The contents of the exhibition are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to make adjustments to the event operations. Should such changes be made, we ask that you follow the instructions of our staff and for your cooperation.
  • Please be aware that once you leave the venue, you will not be allowed re-entry.
  • Photography and/or videography of certain exhibits is not permitted.
  • Please refrain from touching the exhibits and display cases.
  • Please avoid using writing utensils while in the venue.
  • Please note that there is a limited quantity of arrival bonuses.
About the Purchase of Venue Merchandise
  • Merchandise can only be purchased by ticket holders and only within the time and date specified on the ticket.
  • We ask that you carefully follow the venue staff's instructions. Those who do not comply may be asked to leave the venue.
  • The start and end times for buying merchandise are subject to change.
  • Merchandise quantity is limited and will not be restocked at the venue. Following the exhibition, these products will be available for online pre-order from Wednesday, October 4th to Monday, November 6th. (Note: The cookies will not be available online.)
  • Please note that sales may be suspended or items may run out of stock due to unavoidable circumstances. Depending on the inventory, there is a possibility that an item may run out of stock even after having placed an order.
  • Only one purchase per admission ticket is allowed.
  • Certain items will have a per attendee purchase limit. This limit differs depending on the specific item. Please check the merchandise page on the Cygames Exhibition: Artworks official website for more details.
  • The per attendee purchase limit is subject to change without notice.
  • Please confirm the contents of your purchase and bill upon receipt. Should you have any problems, we will be unable to assist you after you have left the merchandise area.
  • When exchanging a defective item, options for the exact replacement product will not be provided.
  • Please refrain from gathering with others while waiting in the sales line.
  • We do not offer delivery or storage services.
  • We are unable to provide information regarding product inventory.
  • Prices at the venue may differ from those on other platforms or at other locations.
  • Merchandise availability and content are subject to change.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Design, color, specifications, etc. may differ from the actual product.
  • We do not permit the purchase of products for the purpose of resale.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges after purchase, except in the case of a defective product. Please check the product carefully before purchasing. In the case of defective merchandise, exchanges can only be made at the venue on the day of purchase. We ask that you open the merchandise and confirm its contents immediately after receipt.

About Venue Arrivals

About Venue Arrivals
  • Arriving to the venue a day prior to entry date for the purpose of waiting is strictly prohibited.
  • If you are found to be waiting at the venue a day prior to entry date, the police may ask that you leave the premises. The event organizers will not be responsible for any accidents or incidents caused by arrivals prior to the designated date.
  • Transportation costs (public transit, parking, etc.) to and from the venue will be borne by the attendees, even in the case that the exhibition is unexpectedly canceled.
  • Please use public transportation when visiting the exhibition. There is no dedicated parking lot available to attendees.
  • Depending on venue congestion, you may be asked to wait outside prior to entry. We ask that you take care of your physical condition.
  • On the day of the event, please arrive at the time indicated on your admission ticket.
  • Please refrain from disturbing other attendees and nearby visitors at or near the venue.
  • Both entry and exit while cosplaying or wearing other costumes is prohibited.
  • Please refrain from wearing excessively revealing attire or clothing that other attendees may find uncomfortable to see.
  • Pets are not allowed within the venue. (Guide dogs, hearing dogs, and other service dogs are permitted entry.)

About Admission

About Admission
  • Admission is limited to those who have purchased a ticket.

    • Note: Children younger than elementary school age and/or those with proof of disability do not need to purchase an admissions ticket. Those with disabilities may be accompanied, free of charge, by a caretaker. Please notify the nearest staff member if any of the above applies.
  • Each ticket specifies a date and time for admission. It is not possible to enter the venue other than at the indicated date and time.
  • Please arrive at the venue within the time frame indicated on the ticket.
  • Should you miss your entry time, you may not be able to experience the exhibition in its entirety.
  • In order to avoid unnecessary congestion, please do not arrive earlier than the entry time indicated on your ticket.
  • If you arrive on a day other than the indicated date on your ticket, you will be refused admission.
  • The right to be admitted is exclusive to the individual who made the ticket purchase and cannot be transferred to, redeemed by, or exchanged with any other person. The resale of this right is strictly prohibited.
  • If you have purchased a student ticket, please prepare your student ID card when you come to the venue.
  • Please note that the entry time may be subject to change depending on the weather and/or other environmental conditions at the venue on the day of the event.
  • Please follow the guidance of our staff when lining up.
  • Attendees are not allowed to enter the venue with large luggage or long objects that may disturb others.
  • Please note that admission may be denied, at the discretion of the staff, to those who have been drinking alcohol or are disturbing others.
  • For the safety of all attendees, we may require baggage checks.
  • Any items deemed hazardous are strictly prohibited. The use of fire at the venue is strictly prohibited.
    List of Items Considered Hazardous:
    • 1.Firearms
    • 2.Paper cutters and other sharp objects, such as swords, knives, and other tools that could be used to cut and have a blade that is 5.5 cm or longer
      (Note: The following items are not subject to the above rule—provided that they do not have a blade that is 5.5 cm or longer: scissors, razors)
    • 3.Toxic substances, drugs, and any other substances that could be deemed harmful
    • 4.Smoke bombs, firecrackers, fireworks, explosives, gunpowder, flares, gasoline, and any other highly flammable items or substances
      (Note: The above includes any explosives that could potentially cause fires, smoke, or loud sounds.)
    • 5.Model guns, air guns, hammers, screwdrivers, chains, ice picks, eyeleteers/awls, and other items that may be used as deadly weapons
    • 6.Alcoholic beverages
    • 7.Pets and any other animals (with the exception of guide dogs and service dogs)
    • 8.Other items deemed dangerous by our staff
      Note: Containers holding liquids, such as plastic bottles, may require a safety check at our discretion.
      Note: If an item is deemed hazardous or determined to be prohibited , you will be refused entry into the venue until you have either destroyed or discarded the item in question.
  • Preschool-aged children—that is, those under elementary school age—will not be allowed unaccompanied admission.
  • The venue will likely be very crowded on the day of the event, so we ask that parents and/or guardians remain vigilant and keep a close eye on their children.

About Tickets

About Tickets
  • Ticket quantities are limited each day.
  • This exhibition operates on a per session basis. Each session will have a specified time slot. Sales for exhibition admission tickets will end once all the time slots for that day have been filled.
  • Digital tickets can be purchased using a smartphone. Physical tickets can be purchased using a computer, smartphone, or at your nearest Family Mart via the multi-copy machine (マルチコピー機).
  • We ask that you avoid buying tickets on the behalf of someone that is not yourself. Please buy tickets only if you intend on attending the event.
  • For those interested in purchasing digital tickets, you will need to install the e+ (eplus) smartphone application. This application is free to download and use. Before purchasing your ticket, please be sure to check the following page for precautions regarding the purchasing tickets via the e+ application, how to install the application, and how to navigate the application.

  • Customers purchasing multiple tickets can either distribute the electronic tickets to others in their group or enter the venue as a group.
  • When distributing tickets to a group, the other attendees must prepare their smartphones and/or e+ (eplus) application in the same manner as the person who purchased the tickets.
  • If you download the e+ (eplus) application on the day of the exhibition, you may be unprepared when the venue opens. Please download the application before the day of the exhibition.
  • Same-day tickets will not be sold at the Ueno Royal Museum. Tickets must be purchased via the e+ (eplus) application or website.
  • Each person may make a one-time purchase of up to four tickets. Once tickets have been purchased, the ticket amount, date, and time of admission cannot be changed.
  • Minors must obtain the consent of a parent or guardian before purchasing tickets or attending the event.
  • For those under the age of 15 (14 or younger), please purchase and attend the event with a parent or guardian if at all possible. For preschool-aged children, please confirm the following provisions:
    1. Preschool-aged children do not require an admission ticket for entry.
    2. Parents and/or guardians are requested to keep a close eye on their children on the day of the event.
  • Tickets are only valid on the indicated day.
  • The right to be admitted is exclusive to the individual who made the ticket purchase and cannot be transferred to, redeemed by, or exchanged with any other person. The resale of this right is strictly prohibited.
